Return Period
14 days from the date of delivery. You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days via the same payment method used for your order.
No restocking fees are charged for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at Team@BlickWinter.nl

Starting a Return

Email Team@BlickWinter.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include clear photos of any damage or issues if possible.

Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.
(3) – Return with Postage:
Send the product at your own expense to the provided return address. Make sure it is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
(4) – Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and the reason for the return. We will process your refund accordingly.
