Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received and is being processed in our system.
Track & Trace
You will receive your tracking code by email within 1–3 business days after your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all our packages:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT+01:00) (Amsterdam time) are processed the same day.

Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry. Please allow up to two additional days, and don’t forget to check your tracking link.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received a damaged package, or items in the wrong size or color? No problem!
Please send us clear photos of the issue, along with a short explanation, and include your order number when you contact us.
