Orders above €49.99 are shipped for free. Orders below €49.99 are shipped at an additional cost.
- Netherlands: €4.95
- Belgium and Germany €7.95
Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This means that we have saved your order in our system and have started processing the order.
Track the order
You will receive your tracking code in your email within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If the last order date is before 23:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam), it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time: 2-4 days (Mon to Fri)
Postage costs
We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Late orders
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t panic. Allow up to two extra days and don’t forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
You received your package, but it is damaged or the items are wrong (for example wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong and contact us with your order number.
